Shipping and Returns
We usually ship within 3 to 5 working days from our warehouses based in the UK and Belgium.
We currently only ship to the United Kingdom and most Western Continental Europe.
Please call us to get a quote for other destinations.
IN CASE THE GOODS ARE DELIVERED IN A DAMAGED PACKAGING, PLEASE IMMEDIATLY CHECK THAT THE PRODUCTS THEMSELVES ARE NOT DAMAGED AND IF THEY ARE YOU MUST NOTIFY IT OR REFUSE THE DELIVERY.
In the unlikely event that you have received a damaged product, you must inform us within 48 hours of delivery.
We accept customers to return their purchase for a full refund as long as the refund request is made by email at CONTACT@GONG.CO.UK within 14 days of the date of delivery.
WE WILL CONFIRM BY RETURN EMAIL THE EXACT ADDRESS WHERE THE PRODUCT NEEDS TO BE RETURNED.
Goods must be returned to us in its original condition and packaging.
Please note that shipping costs for returned products are to be borne by the customer.
We strongly recommend the use of registered post as well as insurance to cover potential transport damage, as damaged goods will not be refunded.
The refund will be processed once the goods have been returned to us and accepted.
